MAM Your family meant the world to you, You never stopped caring until the end. You were always there to lend an ear, When we had problems or shed our tears. You suffered with many health problems over the years, But never let them get you down. You loved us all, when good or bad. Stubborn and proud were your only faults. In need of help you wouldn't ask, Independent throughout your life. Cancer tried to take you down, Not once, not twice but three times. You fought it with pride and grace, And won the battle every time. Pity or sorrow you showed no trace, For you just laughed in cancers ugly face. Sunshine was your helping hand, This eased your pain in other lands. Never selfish, never bad, Never greedy, never mad. Always loving, always there, Always helping, always care.
